Set up a class turns a processed curriculum into a class students can join.

Instructors.

Where to find it​

Curriculum finish step, Teaching Tools, or My Sections.

Before you start​

Curriculum uploaded, reviewed, and paced.

How to use it​

Complete setup​

  1. Start Set up a class from Curriculum or My Sections.
  2. Confirm the document and pacing in the wizard.
  3. Create the class and copy the join code.
  4. Share the code or add students; open Placement if you assigned a placement quiz.

Tips​

  • After setup, teach from Journey and manage the class on My Sections.

If you get stuck​

  • Wizard blocked: finish curriculum review and pacing first.
  • No join code: create failed—retry and read the on-screen error.
