Reports

Overview​

Reports shows class tabs (Performance, Progress, Journey & pacing, Reteach) and a caseload where you can Open case for a learner who needs extra support.

Who can use it​

Instructors. Admins may also see school-wide sections on the same page.

Where to find it​

Sidebar → Reports.

Before you start​

You teach courses and students have attempted work.

How to use it​

See how the class is doing​

  1. Open Reports and select a course.
  2. Performance — who is doing well or at risk; Open case from a row when shown.
  3. Progress — enrollment and progress.
  4. Journey & pacing — open Journey when you want to act in class.
  5. Reteach — assign practice or open a case.

Open a support case​

  1. Filter Open / Closed / All.
  2. View case or Open case; set owner and notes; Assign practice; close when done.

Tips​

  • If the page says reporting is not enabled, ask admin to check Plan & Features.

If you get stuck​

  • “No teaching courses yet.”
  • “No intervention cases match this filter.” — clear the filter or open a case.
  • Assign practice: “No active teaching section is linked…” — finish My Sections.
