Dashboard

Overview​

Dashboard is the Parent portal home. Pick a linked child, then open progress, assignments, and messages.

Who can use it​

Parents with a Parent role and at least one parent–student link.

Where to find it​

Sidebar → Dashboard.

Before you start​

Admin created your Parent user, assigned the Parent role, and linked you to the correct student in Settings.

How to use it​

What you can do​

  1. Sign in as Parent and open Dashboard.
  2. Select a child if more than one is linked.
  3. Open Progress, Assignments, Attendance, Reports, Teacher Feedback, or Messages.

Tips​

  • Never use the student’s password for parent access.

If you get stuck​

  • “No linked students” — admin must create the link in Settings.
  • No Parent menus: Parent role missing under Assign Roles.
