Parents with a linked child.

Before you start
Notification policies include parents. Some channels need a phone number.
How to use it
Read school notifications
- Open Messages.
- Open a notification for details.
- Use your school’s usual channel for direct teacher chat if this feed is alerts only.

Tips
- Admins control events via Notification Policies.
If you get stuck

- Expected chat — ask the school how to reach the teacher.
