Before you start
You have check results that show who needs support.
How to use it
Plan reteach
- Open Reteach.
- Review the learner groups listed.
- Choose actions; Assign practice when available.
- For support that will last several days, open a case on Reports.
Tips
- Same-day extra practice → Journey. Longer support → Reports → Open case.
If you get stuck
- Empty list: everyone passed, or no attempts yet.
- Assign practice blocked: set up My Sections first.
