Account settings

Overview​

Account settings is your personal profile. School Settings & parent links is a different page that only admins use.

Who can use it​

Any signed-in user.

Where to find it​

Profile / account menu → Account settings.

Before you start​

Signed in. Some fields may be locked if your school manages sign-in.

How to use it​

Update your personal settings​

  1. Open Account settings.
  2. Update display name, contact, or preferences your school allows.
  3. Save changes.
  4. Sign out and back in if language or session prefs do not apply immediately.

What this is not / see also​

  • School branding and parent–student links live under admin Settings—not here.

Tips​

  • If email or name is locked, change it in your school sign-in account and ask IT/admin.

If you get stuck​

  • Cannot edit email/name: school-managed account—ask IT/admin.
  • Looking for parent links: that is an admin Settings task.
