Overview​

Plan & Features shows what your subscription includes (features and seats) and offers Upgrade / Contact us.

Before you start​

Know which classroom features teachers expect (Reports, AI companion, branding).

How to use it​

Check whether a feature is on the plan​

  1. Open Plan & Features.
  2. Find Included vs Not included.
  3. If missing, use Upgrade / Contact us.
  4. After plan changes, check Feature Flags if you turn features on in stages.

Tips​

  • Teachers seeing “not enabled for your plan” should start here, then Feature Flags, then Assign Roles.

If you get stuck​

  • Page will not load — retry; contact support if it persists.
  • Menu shows but the feature is off: upgrade, or wait until the plan includes it.
  • AI features fail: check credits and seats here.
