Integrations and SSO

Overview​

Integrations is where you connect school sign-in (SSO) and other school systems.

Who can use it​

School admins and IT.

Where to find it​

Sidebar → Integrations.

Before you start​

You can administer your school sign-in system. Keep a backup admin password account.

How to use it​

Connect school SSO​

  1. Open Integrations.
  2. Open the SSO panel; choose your sign-in type.
  3. Enter the values from your school sign-in app.
  4. Copy the callback addresses shown on this page into that app.
  5. Test with a non-critical user, then roll out.

Recover when SSO breaks​

  1. Sign in with the backup admin password account.
  2. Fix mismatches in Integrations.
  3. Re-test before announcing to teachers.

Tips​

  • Never remove the last password admin until SSO is proven stable.

If you get stuck​

  • Redirect loop: the callback address does not match—compare character-for-character.
  • User duplicated: the email from school sign-in does not match the Omnix360 account.
