For schools and districts

Every grade band on pace. Every gap caught before report cards.

Omnix360 turns your curriculum into a pacing calendar, flags topic-level mastery gaps as assessments come in, and shows leaders which classrooms are drifting from the plan. Public and private schools start with one grade band.

What principals and curriculum leaders need

Pacing you can see, not guess

Know which classrooms are ahead, on track, or behind the calendar each week, without collecting lesson plans by hand.

    Mastery before report cards

Topic-level gaps surface from everyday assessments, so teachers can reteach while there is still time in the term.

    Student privacy you can review

School-controlled accounts, role-based access, and audit trails. The AI supports teachers and never talks to students.

    How a school pilot works

One grade band, one term, success thresholds agreed in writing before you start.

    1. Step 1

      Scope

Pick one grade band and subject. We agree baseline metrics and what success looks like.

    2. Step 2

      Pilot

3-8 teachers in an invitation-only workspace built from your curriculum and school calendar.

    3. Step 3

      Decide

Go, adjust, or stop with the scorecard. Expand to more grade bands only when the evidence holds.

    Questions from school leaders

How big is a school pilot?
One grade band or subject, 3-8 teachers, for one term. Success thresholds are written down before the pilot starts.
    How is student data handled?
Accounts are school-controlled, access is role-based, and the AI only supports teachers. Read the schools privacy notice, and ask us for a data privacy agreement.
Do we have to replace our LMS?
No. Omnix360 runs alongside the systems you already use, with SSO through Google Workspace or Azure AD. LTI 1.3 and OneRoster connectors are on the roadmap.
Do you work with public school districts?
Yes. Districts usually start with one school or grade band, then expand when the pilot scorecard proves the workflow. Procurement and contract terms are handled on the scoping call.
