Enterprise sign-in and your profile
Schools that use single sign-on (SSO) manage passwords and sometimes name and email in their identity system—not only in GrowWise.
If your organization links accounts to an identity provider (such as Keycloak, Azure AD, or Google Workspace), sign-in and password resets happen there. Depending on your school’s policy, your legal name and email may update from that system when you sign in, or your instructors may edit them in GrowWise and sync them outward. If you see “SSO” or messages about your identity provider on Settings, use your provider’s account portal for password and MFA; contact your admin if you need access.
